- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 21, 2019, by rgygrge NATerrible customer service. I went in to grab a cup of water and the first cup I grabbed had a hole in it so I threw it out. I grabbed another cup to fill it with soda and the manager came up to me and told me I had to pay for all the cups I used, claiming there was 3 or 4. I tried to explain to him that at I only threw the one cup away because of the hole and he kicked me out.
